We have thousands of pre-engineered parts and specifications to choose from, or we can work with your drawings and sample parts to create a working prototype. By pre-engineered we do not mean they are in stock. They are not. Every gear we make is custom made.

Prototype scenario:

You, or your customer, would like to order 1000 gears for a new project, but you don't want to spend a fortune on 6 prototype parts.

Solution:

Order the prototypes at whatever delivery you need. Then, when you place the large quantity order, we will rebate the prototypes for the price difference!!*

Example:

Say you need 6 gears in 1 week to test the design. The price for those gears at the 1 week production time might be $269.75ea for a total of $1618.50. A few weeks later the design is proven and you are ready to place an order for 1000 pieces at the quantity discount of $23.95ea.

*Please keep in mind that this is just an example of our prototype pricing. You will need to request a quote to see what your cost and discount will be.

Quantity Discounts

We will now go back and re-price the prototypes at the 1000 piece price. *Note: Total rebate not to exceed 10% of the total discount order quantity amount.

Prototypes	$269.75ea
1000pc price	- $23.95ea
Difference	= $245.80ea
	x 6 pcs
total rebate for this example: = $1474.80
*10% Check:	1000 pcs
	x $23.95ea
	= $23950.00
	x .10
max rebate for this example = $2395.00

$1474.80 rebate does not exceed the $2395.00 allowable for this example. You would receive the full $1474.80 for these prototypes!!

The end result is that you get 6 prototypes at the 1 week production time option, for the 1000 piece price of $23.95 each!!
